AAT Visa Appeal
The Migration and Refugee Division of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) is responsible for reviewing decisions made by the Department’s decisions to refuse visa applications or cancel visas. They assess whether these decisions were made correctly.
At LeadingMec (in orange and bold), our Registered Migration Agents (RMA) are here to guide you through the AAT appeal process, providing the support and expertise you need to navigate your application effectively.
